High-resolution color copy of passport (valid for minimum 6 months) for all partners and managers.
Copy of current tourist visa / entry stamp, or existing residence visa with cancellation paper if in the UAE.
Copy of front and back of Emirates ID if any partner is currently a UAE resident.
Digital passport-format photographs with white background (ICA compliant).
List of 3 name choices in order of preference for DET trade name reservation.

For Corporate / Holding Entities
Foreign parent companies establishing a subsidiary or branch
Official Certificate of Incorporation from parent company jurisdiction, notarized and attested.
Parent entity constitutive documents attested up to the UAE Embassy in the country of origin.
Resolution resolving to establish a Dubai subsidiary / branch and appointing the authorized manager.
POA granting Lemon Capital authority to complete registration on behalf of the parent company.
Official verification that parent company is in active standing and validly existing.
